First I would like to thank my dear friend and wonderful breeder of my studdog „Jako's Amazing Flame“ JARLE KOLDAL from my heart for entrusting such a promising and loveable Golden Retriever to me.

In a few words I would like to describe the beauty and the unique character of our “little bear”.

FLAME is a beautiful gold-coloured, very strong built dog with excellent bone, a very broad head and a well shaped stop. His set of teeth is strong and complete and all of his teeth are in the right position.

You just can't resist his soft expression of his dark eyes. Flame's positive aura is stressed even more by his excellent black pigment. Flame has got a beautiful, long, straight and soft coat with a tight underwool and opulent feathers. Flame's movement is strong, symmetric and well balanced with an expandingly moving hind leg.

His character matches exactly the description of the breed standard: very friendly, reliable, very even-tempered and never hectic. A hostility or rowdiness towards other dogs or people is not part of his character. On the contrary, Flame always looks for friends to play with or just to cuddle with. He loves children very much and shows his exceptionally soft and calm side to them. Our golden boy doesn't know anxiety or nervousness. In new situations he is curious and expecting and tackles any issues with great confidence.

His will to obedience is remarkable. He learns very quickly and loves to work. Retrieving is one of his biggest passions. You can give Flame more or less everything into his mouth and he brings it back in sound condition. It doesn't play a role if it is a raw egg or a heavy branch.

To sum up our Flame is a real treasure. You just have to love him. It is so calming and pleasant to have him round and it is great fun to work with him.
